    I just got this product to use in the office and the call quality is so bad that it is simply unusable. Will be sending it back. I hope that this is just a lemon and not a reflection of the product as a whole. But be warned.

    As far as I am concerned, Belkin owes me $80.00 plus shipping This is one of the most bogus products I’ve ever bought. I am completely unhappy. The quality of the sound BLOWS — and I have a very high bandwidth internet pipe.

    I cannot say enough bad things about this product. You will be better of with two tin cans and some kite cord.

    As Skype has become more widely use by many people, much more than one or two friends, I’ve moved from using it on my laptop and then on my iphone, into using on my desk. The feeling of having a desk phone is very pleasant and having calls ring without having to have your computer on is ideal. In addition the sound quality of the speaker phone and the feel and quality of the phone itself is fantastic. I was hesitant at first and I had seen it for almost two years and I was not convinced on the beginning, but I order two phones and hand them to relatives of mine, among them my parents and they really love it.

    I’m a european customer travelling in America, and I thoght that this phone will be useful, but I read that the phone was wifi and it isn’t. But the real problem is that the AC Adaptor is only for 125 Volts. Is the first time with this problem, because in Europe we have 220 V. I have to fix this problem, and I don’t know how.

    I love this phone. At first I was skeptical but when I received the phone I was amazed with the quality of the sound. Before I have wasted money on those wireless skype phones which the reception was terrible. However, Belkin desktop phone is different. Once you plug it to your router, it works almost immediately.

    - It is a good looking phone.

    - It is very easy to set up ( you almost need to do nothing )

    - EXCELLENT sound quality

    It does everything you expect from a phone. I would highly recommend it.
